Located amidst the wild West Jutland Nature, we are aware that we impact the world around us. Therefore, we take responsibility for our shared future by fostering sustainable practices in our way of operating Fjordgaarden. Hence, sustainability is one of Fjordgaarden's fundamental values.
At Fjordgaarden, we work with social, environmental, and economic sustainability, and our strongest tool in this regard is our Green Key certification, which we have held since 2021.
At Fjordgaarden, we measure our CO2 footprint through Klimakompasset.dk and have conducted annual carbon audits since 2021. Here, we track our results year by year and work diligently to reduce our consumption of beef.
